My elderly mother who can barely walk stayed here. The elevator was not working, and they decided it would be wise to put her on the third floor. She had to climb 3 flights of stairs up and down several times in her frail condition, and the staff did not even offer to help with baggage, I did it for her of course.
Further, we booked 2 back to back differing reservations (added a single day to a 2 day trip), of which we told the front desk on the first night and were assured we would be okay. The next day after breakfast, we got calls in broken unintelligible English about our room. We arrived back at the hotel only to learn that my mothers belongings from the room had been removed. The front desk person told me they called in a scolding manner. I would have known but I could not understand their very broken English.
If you can not speak English, you should not be at the front desk interacting with customers. We will never be back, HORRIBLE. Do not come here, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
