I booked a handicap room because I’m a wheelchair enabled person, when I arrived I was given a regular room and had to request being moved despite the fact that I made a note on my reservation as well as I booked an accessible room. That wasn’t even the bad part. The breakfast that was provided was horrible the waffle batter was water, the bagels had mold on them and everything was inedible. My friend and I went outside to smoke and the owner accused us of smoking in the room she made a huge seen and threatened to kick us out. She charged my card a smoking fee of $250 that she had to refund due to no one actually smoking in the room that I then had to wait 5 days to be put back in my account. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve every had.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and while the staff was friendly and helpful, the condition of the room was very disappointing. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—the toilet seat was old, yellowed, and had ripped edges, which was extremely off-putting. The bathtub was also stained and yellow, and I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. In fact, I had to go to the nearest Walmart to buy my own cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom before I could even use it. That alone should tell you the level of cleanliness I was dealing with. The carpet in the room looked dirty and worn, which added to the overall unclean and neglected feeling. It’s unfortunate because the staff was kind, but cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this hotel simply didn’t meet basic standards. I wouldn’t stay here again unless serious improvements are made.

The facility should post that staff enters your room ONLY when asked. They came when we were told this. Took the towels and we needed to collect fresh ones ourself at the desk when we called about no towels. The breakfast was disappointing.

Room was clean but was in desperate need of maintenance. The faucet and wall in bathroom was cracked and bent off the wall. The whole property was needing work. Broken windows in pool area and water was cold. Skimpy on the breakfast. Husband went down and there was 1 person bringing stuff out one by one and enough for 1 or 2 people. Only 1 ice machine was working and when we did laundry the washer did not wring out our clothes. We ended up having them dry our clothes in their dryer they use for laundry. Tv was another story. Channel guide did not match the channels so it was a scroll through channel by channel to find something to watch. Over all cleanliness was a big plus and the reason we stayed

Was never in this hotel in Voorhees. I was Placed here by mistakes. I was asking for mt. Laurel location. Expedia can't reach out for cancellation and change location. They charged me and can't cancel. No phone number to call the 3rd party Expedia. Very bad experienced.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were clean and spacious. The AC was cold. The pool was warm abd the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was also nice, they had waffles you can make yourself. My kids loved it. I would go back if I was ever in the area.

Decent hotel for the area. It’s basic but gets the job done. Room was clean but it needs some fixing up. We had to switch rooms as our tv and phone didn’t work but they moved us with no issue. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

My bathroom did not have a fan and the door was swollen and separating the wall where it ket the ceiling had black spots. Other than the bathroom the room seemed maintained. The only breakfas gf options were an egg patty and sausage patty. Lots of bread, bagles toast and waffles. Fruit would have been nice.

We booked this hotel for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The hot tub had boards over it and chairs, so it was unusable. The breakfast included 10 mini muffins with walnuts (not great if you have a nut allergy), waffles you make yourself, egg patties, and sausage patties. Our bedding had stains on it, so we rolled it down and used the sheets and our own blankets.
