On your site it doesn't say anything about the $75 hold for incidentals. It only has $75 stated in the description as a nightly pet fee. I feel that this should be in the description for regular guests without pets with them (like me) that way they can plan their tip here accordingly and know about all fees. What if I was someone strapped for cash that was only in town for a funeral or something last minute. Money is too tight right now and I feel that all fees/holds should be mentioned up front while booking. Otherwise than that the hotel was one of the best ones I've stayed at for the price. Would definitely stay here again

It’s an old hotel. No updates. I had to move rooms the first night because the floors were dirty and sticky. That is not acceptable. It’s a good location just poor management, maintenance and upkeep.

I feel that the bathtub should've been checked to see if there was any hair left in it after it was cleaned by housekeeping. There was 3 strains of hair in the tub when we arrived to the room. During breakfast one morning, my husband asked one of the staff if there were any more sausages and Half and Half available to bring out and she gave him attitude. I thought the breakfast buffet would 've been better. There wasn't a selection of home fries which is usually at all hotel breakfasts. The hot water for tea wasn't hot, it was luke warm. If I visit Philadelphia Vorhees again, I would look for another hotel to stay at.

We thought the breakfast served at this Hampton Inn in Voorhees, NJ was in need of improvement in comparison to other Hampton Inn places we stayed at. The food was mushy sausage, watery eggs, and the coffee was cold. There was no variety for the 3 night stay we had. At other locations the food was much better. However, the staff were kind and the hotel was very clean.

I stayed 1 night with my wife & 2 kids after a day at Big Kahuna waterpark. Very close to the park. Hotel looks new or recently renovated. We had the pool all to ourselves that evening. The complimentary breakfast was great, just need to add some fruit for variety.

We didn’t sleep well when staying here. We could hear the people in the room above us all night; the floor creaked every time someone walked back and forth. However, the staff was friendly, the breakfast included in the reservation was good and we appreciated the 12pm check-out. We also loved the brand of the lotion, shower gel and conditioner! They smelled so good!
