“While the town itself doesn't have much going on and was pretty abandoned, this stay was exactly what I needed. Safe parking, friendly owner, eclectic but clean room, and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in this week, even coming out better than fancy or chain hotels. “This is a lovely manor, and although signs of age are evident, it appears the owners are working towards complete restoration. It's close to plenty of what Minden has to offer, very convenient to stores, gasoline. I'm here for a church conference and I'm just 3 minutes away.
