“The front desk/check In staff were so nice and friendly. The place was clean and nice. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly too except for one of them who was playing loud rap Music and yelled at me (yes I said yelled) for returning a dirty towell to her cart and getting a clean towel..other than that it was good! ”

“It took us 24 hours to get from NY to Tucson due to travel issues. I'm not sure I'll ever try to get there again. As a result I was exhausted and unwell once I got there and lost $550 night stay. The activities seem plentiful but all the good ones are in the wee hours and I am not a morning person.”
