“Nice little small-town hotel! Best in Carrollton MO! (trust me on that!) Also 'way better than any Motel 6 I've been in lately. I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, not Motel 6, but sometimes ya gotta take what's available. I've stayed here before, but not for maybe 8-10 years? I would say not quite as good as HI-X but nice, clean, more modern design than the 'other' place in town and convenient for visiting my in-laws family farm nearby. Funeral service this time, unfortunately. But at……

“Great little house overall. I would just recommend you update to reflect this house does not in fact sleep 8 people. It fit 6 max and we had to go get blow up mattresses to make it work. Thanks for an overall great stay though! ”

“Quaint and quite. Till your grandaughter shows up to play the little piano in the spare room. They live in Carrollton. So the location was perfect to go visit her in town as well.Great place would definitely recommend to friends and family. F”

“Well appointed house, can’t think of a single thing that we were needing. Great location (walking distance to DQ!). Communication with owner was easy. Appreciate the king size bed in master bedroom & wonderful shower. Kitchen/dining area very spacious. This is a second stay for us & we’ll be back again.”

“Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board. ”

“It was close to town however the room wasn't clean when we got there. There weren't any towels in the bathroom”
