“We loved it the moment we arrived. We spent two nights there with our Frieds and their little dog (we have a little dog too). Great fenced in yard and cozy porch. The kitchen Is stocked with everything you need, we brought lasagna, steak, crab legs. Comfy beds too. We will go back for sure!”

“The owner has done absolutely everything and more to make this a top vacation spot. Interior has an amazing log cabin feel, cozy, rustic, and welcoming. Everything you could need. Check in and out was easy, and although it was too cold to be outside much. it’s easy to see that there’d be a lot of options with a fire pit, grill, and steps down to the river. Place felt spacious and homey. 5 stars overall, although be aware that the neighboring properties are very close, so might not be as much……

The space was as described and the pool was terrific. We enjoyed being in a smaller town where we could see stars at night but close enough to Rockford with plenty of things to do. ”
