“This property was absolutely incredible! The location was very convenient for us - we explored the Conesus Lake area and spent the weekend hiking at Letchworth State Park. The set up of the house was perfect for our families; we had room for our kids to play and we all had our own spaces to sleep. It was very family friendly and comfortable. “The house worked out great for us. It was clean, spacious. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio, which is simple but lovely. We listened to the birds and spring peepers. Great location for access to Letchworth Park and downtown Perry (for local eats). ”

“The house is very cute. The kitchen is well stocked with most equipment you would need. Nice that linens and towels are included. Have to walk past approx10 homes to get down to water and park. Easy location to get to 20A and neighboring lakes.”

“Vseery nice properly. Well kept, amd owners seemed nice interacting before rental. It was a rainy weekend, but the gargae gameroom kept us entertained throughout our stay. The board games coloring books and cards were a nice touch.We were hoping for more of a developed area for the firepit/campfire with adequate seating for more than 2 guests. The weather kept us from using the fire pit so kind of a moot point. Electric stater did not seem to work on grill but we were abpe to use the Grill……

“The house was wonderful and the outdoor spaces were fabulous! Lakefront was beautiful and spent every evening at the firepit. Pool and hot tub were key as we could not swim in the lake because of the blue green algae. ”
