The ONLY thing I didn't like was they didn't clean the room daily. They said since we were only staying 3 nights they wouldn't be cleaning the room daily. When I pay that much money for a hotel room I want someone other than myself to make the bed. There were only 2 trash cans and they were overflowing by the time we left and we ran out of toilet paper and tissues our last night there.

Love the setup of the property and the separate entrances to make it easier to park close to your room. Only downside was my room being next to the ice/vending machines. The noise from the motor running did wake us up in the middle of the night. Other than that we had zero complaints. 10/10 would stay here again

Very nice area easy access to shopping and many dinning options. My only dislike is the toilet is to small and close to the floor. I'm 6 feet tall and I had a hard time sitting so low to the ground. But honestly I would stay there again. The free breakfast is also a nice perk .

We had no hot water for the majority of our stay. Had to be up and out early for a function so had to turn in early when we got back from the pool we all wanted to rinse the chlorine off. But the shower was colder than the pool. Called front desk and a boiler went out. They got it fixed but it was only working for less than 15 mins. Got up and still no hot water. Had to leave check in for our event at the college. Race back to the hotel and only one of us was able to get a shower before we had to leave again permanently. The toilet ran constantly and we had to fiddle with the toilets inside to get it to flush. Seemed small at the time considering none of us got to bathe while we were there. But still annoying. I asked for a partial refund and I was told I could get rewards point for money off our next stay. I politely declined as this was a one off chance we were there. But cmon almost 250 for a stay with no hot water is ridiculous.

The hotel staff very friendly and courteous and very efficient. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and kept up. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff was friendly. They had a nice fire pitwith seating in the courtyard. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The only bad part waa that we did not have usb ports, but they loaned us a block to use. The desk chair seriously needed replaced. I brought it to their attention and they thanked me.
