The property features a total of 3.5 bathrooms: a half bathroom located in the basement, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor, and two full bathrooms on the second floor—one with a tub and the other with a shower.

The final room on the second floor is a kids' playroom, complete with arcade games, life-sized Jenga and Connect-4, and a cozy built-in bed under the stairs with a memory foam mattress. The fun continues on the top floor, where the "Green Monster" begins—a thrilling 14-foot indoor spiral slide that winds down from the 3rd floor to the playroom on the 2nd floor.

Mount Pocono is a beautiful mountain community with everything you need in walking distance. We're no more than 15 minutes away from all attractions including Kahalari, Camelback Mountain, Mt Airy Golf Course & Casino, Vineyards, Big Pocono State Park, The Crossings Shopping Outlets and much, much more! You can walk into town in a few minutes and go to a convenience store or stop by one of the many restaurants in the area.

✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

✔$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

✔Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table. Absolutely no smoking inside.

✔Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
