“We greatly enjoyed our time at the Old Town Guesthouse! The owner was extremely responsive and generous. The homemade cookies were a great touch! We had to reschedule our trip at the last minute and she was so understanding and helped us find another time to visit and add a night to our trip! Not only was the customer support excellent, but the space was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! “You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is huge with a stream behind it with a Great fire pit. I do recommend this property and will definitely go back”

“This property was perfect for a low-key one-night stay with a small group of adults. We were easily able to walk downtown for dinner and the house was comfortable and well-furnished to hang out and get a good night's sleep. The backyard is also very nice - I just wish it hadn't been raining! Some of the bedroom and bathroom doors don't latch all the way, but that was not a problem for us.”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knit Inn. It was very well- decorated and well-stocked. Our only complaint was the floors were a bit dirty; we decided to keep our shoes on during our stay. But the bedding, towels, counters, etc were all very clean!”

“The Yellow house was very nice the rooms we neat and clean they were supplied with a good variety of kitchen ware. Just needed some large bowls for salads or mixing up pancakes. The bathroom was large and the washer and dryer was great. The only issue was parking but we found a spot a block up from it and the neighbors were helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow.Thanks again for the home away from home.”

“Thanks for removing air freshener! The good and the bad are the distance from town. Some of the quietest nights I’ve had in years. It rained most of the time so we played games. Never turned the tv on. Comfortable.”
