“This little garden house just through the greenhouse was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert @ Ulster Performing Arts Center. “I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. ”

“Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston.”

“Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.”

“The place was close enough to Woodstock and surrounding areas to drive 10-20 minutes in each direction. My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing couple of days away. The hot tub was great. Easy to access with privacy ( the property is shared with other rentals but we only saw our neighbors once) The sun room was gorgeous in the morning to sit and have a cup of coffee and relax. Good backyard to let our dog run a bit. And surrounding area beautiful with creeks and nature. Good sized home if you……
