The staff at check in and check out could do better with people skills. Check in she was counting money at the desk, while I understood not interrupting that, you should still acknowledge someone standing there for several minutes waiting. Hot tub way overloaded with chlorine, it was like taking a bubble bath in it. Suds were blowing out of the hot tub from the jets there was so much of it.
