"The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was nice and clean. Not enough soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc provided for 4 of us, lucky we brought our own. Shame the spa is out of order but the pool was lovely."

"我入住的那天下着雨，又大霧，加上我開車回去時已經是晚上，路上沒路燈。雖然有GPS帶路，但也找不到入口處，要打電話麻煩工作人員出門口接我，這值得一讚。希望增加一些有燈的路牌，那就容易找到了。"

"Place was very cosy particularly the heaters on cold winters day. Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub.
