Peaceful Mountain Escape - Beautiful 3-bedroom townhome in Mountain Green

We look forward to hosting you in our new modern townhome in quiet Mountain Green! We are 12 min from Snowbasin and close to several other resorts. Summertime adventures include picturesque hikes, mountain biking, fly fishing, and water sports at Pineview Reservoir. The peaceful community offers a pool, hot tubs, pickleball, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. The home is tastefully furnished and thoroughly stocked with thought given to the smallest details, so you can rest and relax!

The townhome consists of three floors. The first floor contains the garage and a queen bedroom, complete with an adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. The second floor holds the kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa, pantry, and powder room. The living room opens to a balcony furnished with outdoor seating. The top floor contains two master suites, each with a king bed and adjoining bath. Walk-in closets and dressers provide guests with ample storage space.

Please note: there will be roadwork in the neighborhood on two days: July 8 and July 14. During this time, there will be no vehicle access to the property 7am - 5pm. Cars can be parked on a road about three blocks away and the property accessed by walking. The road where all the vehicles will be parked is N 5000 W. We apologize for any inconvenience this brings!
