“The Quiet Cottage, also known as Stolhammer Hus, is the perfect base to explore the Mesabi Bike Trail and the Range. The house is very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Great screened in porch, as well as a deck that has you sitting in the woods. The host is great, very accessible and helpful with local recommendations. I would highly recommend the Quiet Cottage in the Woods!”

“It is like its described, a rustic cabin. We love camping, so it was nice not pitching a tent and sleeping on a comfortable bed. They had some basic utensils, battery operated candles, and cooking supplies as well. The dogs loved running around and swimming in the lake. We caught a few sunfish from the dock. It was super cool the first night we spent there was a wolf pack howling in the distance and owls hooting. The stars were beautiful.”
