“They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. “Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! ”

“We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to……

“The Historic Farm property was beautiful! Our family enjoyed fishing at the pond and biking in and around the property. We hiked and swam in the nearby State Parks. The bedrooms were spacious and the king sized beds comfortable. It was great to have meals with the whole family around the large dining room table. The ice machine in the cozy kitchen was an added bonus.”

“A perfect location for our family - we put in our kayaks at the state park right around the corner because of the motorboat traffic at the dock access, so we were glad it was so convenient. After hiking and paddling our kids loved playing pool and making smores in the evenings. This was a great house!”

“The Hayloft is beautifully renovated, and the property is so peaceful and quiet. The smell of wood welcomes you when you enter the loft. It is immaculately detailed and so clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and each evening, the owners came down to feed the cows; a delight to watch. We walked the trail along the property, and our favorite spot was walking out of the woods into an open field with beautiful green grass and newly planted trees. Absolutely gorgeous!! We will definitely stay……
