“This booking is very misleading it says free parking but they do not tell you you have to have assigned parking. My vehicle was towed the first night. After contacting the person I got the booking from they assigned me a parking spot but then contacting the property owner they said you cannot park on the lot you will be towed so have to park at the Hilton down the street cost you 40 a night. Have other guests have said only one set of towels for two guests only one burner on the stove works the……

“The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings……

“This place was exactly what we were looking for, we were in town to visit my aunt so really just a place to come home to at night and sleep. Would have been nice to have a fob for the main gate, but was not the owners fault (previous renter took them). Close to the highway but still quite. Very good for the price. ”

“Very nice small condo. Decorated nicely and fairly well stocked. Could use more hand towels and kitchen towels. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would stay here again”

“Host was great at communication and described everything perfectly. I would stay here again. ”

“Easy to find, accessible street parking, really nice neighborhood, was pretty peaceful, and the condo was cozy. It was exactly what we needed since we were not really there but to shower and sleep. We visited the aquarium, zoo, museum, Chick-fil-A dwarf house, and made it up to Nathen’s to the Bulldogs stadium. We would soooo stay here again.”

“In town for conference at GWWC. Quick three block walk. Property was beautiful.”

“Lovely apartment and clean insideOutside building typical downtown feel.Apt windows not sound proof so heard lot of sirens and vehicle noise in the night.Overall good stay!”

The location in downtown Atlanta is exceptional if you are attending any event in the downtown area. And the property owners were wonderfully attentive and very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Atlanta!”

“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
