“The check in process was very poor. My wife went there a day before me and for some reason my her name wasn’t included on registration at the front desk so they wouldn’t let her in. They host wasn’t picking up when we called so we had to call VRBO customer service to contact him it. It took over an hour and a half but she finally got in. This should be an easy fix for the host, but it needs to be fixed. Our other issue was the toilet wasn’t working well. If you flushed it once, it wouldn’t……

“The unit was not clean at the time of check in. Had to wait more than 2 hours and call several times to get an answer. The owner promised to give me an additional day for free due to the inconvenience but he changed his mind later. He didn’t even communicate my stay with the front desk. Extremely unorganized, and communication was terrible. The room was not clean at all. This unit is only good if you want to invite strippers over and have that type of setup. Not good for families, don’t let……

“it was the worse I never got to check in the Lady at the front desk never found my Reservation that I had made 2weeks in advance for my wife’s Birthday I got scammed that How I feel You guys got paid and charged My account but couldn’t Help me out I also Rented an SUV for the Weekend $350 and then I still had to make rest my self for another Hotel because the Hotels Where so Expensive for the 2 nights and to top it Off I live 4 Hours Away From Las Vegas thank You so so Much for the best time of……
