“This home is great for families and friends. It was relatively clean, considering there are lots of insects and webs to contend with. Bring your bug spray! The view is gorgeous and we were able to take a boat outing right from the dock. There could be more outdoor seating but we brought our own to supplement. The amenities in the kitchen were sparse, so bring your own dishrags and spices. Overall, the house is nice and fairly well kept.”

“The cabin was beautiful and had everything that we could need. The host was wonderful and great with communication.The kids really enjoyed the pool table.The cabin had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. One thing of note is that the driveway is a bit steep and curves, but nothing critical. No 4WD necessary during normal weather. Another note about location is that Google Maps often takes you the long way to get in and out of the neighborhood, but there is a security gate much……

“We spent 5 nights 6 days that included New Year's Eve and Day at this cabin with our family of 12. The cabin fit our family perfectly. We visited Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Downtown Boone on this trip. All within driving distances from this location. I would highly recommend this cabin.”

“Very comfy stay but if you are private people and do not want to be watched during your stay then you might reconsider this property. They have camera on front and back porch plus the neighboring house has cameras on every corner of their home. Felt very uneasy sitting outside to relax knowing that we were being watched and even heard. My husband and I wanted a private time away from family and kids but this felt like we were no TV alone if we wanted to sit anywhere outside. ”
