“I’ll start with the pro: 1. While the fixtures were dated, everything was super clean. 2. While the hosts seemed to forget to send us check-in instructions including the door code, they did respond right away when we texted them when we arrived. 3. The property was spacious, with lots of sleeping options. The con: 1. While the listing repeatedly referred to the property as a house, it is actually the basement of a house. The upstairs were inhabited by someone(s) who liked to get up really early……

“My daughter had a multi day USTA tennis tournament. The tennis center was 5 minutes away.The house was clean and as described. The hosts were timely in their communication. If you're for quaint home, centrally located, this is a solid choice. ”

“Nice stay overall. The space is not as private as I had assumed. It’s connected to another house and then next to a big RV space. It was confusing at first because we didn’t not think we were in the right place since it’s so tucked back. There were windows into the living room that directly looked into the house’s community area where there were kids and people. Not a big deal but had to keep the blinds closed to feel comfortable.
