“Worst rental booking experience ever!! My partner and I work remotely so we travel a lot and have a lot of experience booking in different locations and have never seen anything like this. We first booked this rental under his name and then received a check-in registration that asked for his ID and a selfie. He did not feel comfortable giving out so much digital information so we called to cancel the booking and rebooked it under my name. I submitted my ID and selfie and paid with his card.……

“We had a great time at this Cabin over looking Koocanusa lake. We were a very large group but there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a lot to do in the area for kids to adults if you're willing to drive short distances for golf/rafting/boating/wibit etc. Rose was very communicative and a big help with any questions we had. “Location is walking distance to many of the restaurants and pubs in town. As a heritage home it has lots of character and some interesting quirks. Shared entryway means you hear people in the other units coming and going. Kitchen is well appointed and totally functional for regular cooking. My one hope if I stayed there again would be for a new loveseat/couch in the living room. I think the one there is original to the house. ”
