“Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches.”

“Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in Pare.Das Gebäude ist alt und feucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, ist sehr groß und mit ital.Handwerkerkunst renoviert.Im großen Bad gibt es ein paar Schimmelecken die sehr unschön sind.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist stimmig,Geschirr und Besteck=gesammelte Werke.Das Kühlgerät,Spüler, Waschmaschine,Klima funktionieren gut.Die Betten sind super.Die Aussicht ist grandios,einfach fantastisch und entschädigt für……

It's an easy drive from Milan airport, and sits in a gated estate in the hills above Barzano, a sleepy nearby town. The apartment has clearly been refurbished recently and it's clean, well-equipped and very spacious, but still has the charm of a grand old Italian villa. “We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights during a train trip through Europe and the apartment was everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from station on vibrant town centre street. Secure door entry, extremely clean and comfortable, bedroom at back of property so no street noise. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic little balcony for enjoying a glass of wine or getting the laundry dry! We would love to return and stay for longer!”
