“I booked 4 rooms/suites on Nov 18 from the USA. We had a horrible experience. I paid for 2 large rooms “Comfort quadruple rooms” on Expedia /Cottages as on their original website. They have 2 bedrooms, dining room etc & supposed to be 1194 Sq ft. I booked 2 executive rooms which are smaller with single bedroom. They gave us 4 executive rooms (all 550 Sq feet) & refused the comfort quadruple rooms we paid for or upgrade the 2 smaller rooms - as there was a large wedding party next day on for……
