“Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure.
Settee was a bit uncomfortable.
No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer.
Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom
Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. ”

“A group of 7 family and friends from various places in Scotland and England stayed at Cardon House as a good place to get together.It's a lovely house and very comfortable and spacious! Wish we were staying longer. Some stunning scenery in the area and saw a red squirrel in the garden! Did not meet Caroline the host in person but spoke on the phone a couple of times, she was very helpful and friendly.Thoroughly recommend this place for a group of up to 12.”

“The apartment is great size, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It is very close to the bus and train stations so if you are traveling without a car if is super convenient. It is in the heart of the city. As a note, we parked our car in the Old Town Rose Street parking garage by the bus station. It allows overnight parking and we always found a parking space. It was 9 for a 24 hour period although our car was never parked that long.”

“Property was good value, bed very comfortable. Nice warm house. Shared kitchen / livingroom very clean and modern.
When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner.
The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent.
But at the cost I'd certainly use it again.
Fine distance from the town.
Oh wifi wasnt really working but that could just be me..”

“The property was amazing very cozy the conservatory was nice place to relax after a long day. It wasnt far from anything we had wanted. We felt bad about leaving some bottles in a box cause we didnt see a recycling bin for them. Until when we were leaving we had saw to leave at a plant which we had no idea where and no time to take. But other than that would recommend to anybody for a getaway 10/10. ”

"Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw them on the floor without permission.
The lunch server said there were no sundaes, but the dinner server said they were available "all day.""

"一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！
此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！
說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。
這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。
這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！
I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing.
The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am.
This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing.
Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
