“Perfect for 4 couples as we could all have our own bathroom. Bathrooms were all modern. Bedrooms delightfull. Lovey comfortable lounge. Great kitchen so we were able to cook and eat in the dining room We also managed to get a motor bike and a car in the garage!! Highly recommended ”

“The property was very much as described. The lounge, with it's oak panelling and bay window was a delight to spend time in, the addition of the bookcase door was a real novelty. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bed was soft, with a heavy (possibly down) duvet. Not exactly my preference, but still comfortable and definitely warm. The bathroom was fine, although the hot water was occasionally short lived, it was easily managed. Overall, my only gripe was that it was a touch chilly, not……

“What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. The snug was perfect. checking in was simple and made really easy with great communication. what a lovely property, really well decorated, warm and super clean. really appreciated the crumpets and fruit and loved the bed what a treat after such a tiring day. So happy we booked this instead of the buck inn across the road, we had a meal in there which was fine but the……

“Steve was a fabulous host and really went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one.We arrived to the beautiful Orchard View Cottage in horrendous weather and we’re super happy to see how gorgeous Orchard View was. The cotrage has been beautifully finished and all home comforts have been catered for.We managed to get out to the local pub on NYE and had an amazing meal and a great start to 2025.”

“We stayed for two weeks at The Bothy. We used it as a base to explore the Dales. We enjoyed seeing the local sights and villages. There are numerous sites to visit within one hour’s drive. Also, there are nice walks from the front door to visit Aysgarth Falls, Cauldron Falls at West Burton, and a longer walk to Bolton Castle. We found the cottage to be comfortable, including plenty of cooking utensils, good stove and a reasonable-size fridge. There was plenty of hot water for the comfortable……
