“Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. “The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”

“We had a good time staying here. The location was great as it was close to the tournament field. The house was as described for most of it and accommodated all of us. The "pull out couch" was missing but I had asked for an additional mattress that was provided with additional sheets. I feel they were short on bath towels for a group our size but they have a washer and drying which helped out. If the weather was nicer during our stay we would have enjoyed the backyard much more. “This property is completely misrepresented! First off you have to go through someone's gate and yard to access the boat behind their house. The dock and boat is completely surrounded by marsh, you can't see the water. I'm not even sure the boat is in water. “Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive.”

“Hotel was very clean and new. The room was very large and spotless beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable, coffee in the room with a Keurig and refrigerator. The weird thing was they did not have a rollaway bed which we requested for an unexpected but welcomed guest. Breakfast was average at best. Cold potatoes precooked eggs, room temperature lunch meat in place of the standard bacon, Canadian bacon or sausage. The pancakes we're good and saved the day.”
