“We had a great time at this home! It is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood and had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. One of our favorite features was the fenced-in backyard- perfect for hanging out and watching the ducks swim by. The big, comfy couch was a great place to unwind. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made everything easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My stay was very comfortable. It is a nice, cozy area that is pretty quiet.. And nice. The only improvement I would make is to have soap in the shower. But overall it was a great stay!”

“Property is short driving distance to Churchill Downs and SDF. Plenty of shops and stores nearby. Home is good with ample parking. Bedrooms and bedroom closets are a little small (not a lot of room for big or extra suitcases). Accommodates 3 easily, the 4th person is a bit tight. Host is friendly and responsive.”

“The bunkhouse was quiet and cozy. The bed was soft; the bath towels were huge and plush. There was a basket of snacks waiting for us and a large decanter of cold, ionized water in the fridge which was delicious. “This property was perfect for our family getaway. Very clean and had all of the essentials. I can't speak highly enough to the responsiveness of Aron as the property owner. There was an electrical snafu with they keypad at check in. Aron was immediately responsive and made sure the rest of our stay was smooth. Highly recommend!”
