“I liked that there was shopping nearby including a grocery store. Parking was great as well. Easily walk to food/stores. The apartment itself was great. Clean and had supplies such as detergent for the dish and clothes washer. Highly recommend!”

“Needed a clean place to stay for college graduation and it was perfect for our needs. Had a few things that needed immediate attention, but Judith sent someone out immediately. It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. We are veteran VRBO users and researched the property thoroughly & read the reviews. The only con is that the property is described & filtered as a 2-bath house but really is a bath & a half. There……

“Overall it was clean but needed a little deep cleaning in a few areas. It was a great location as it was perfect for getting where we wanted to go. Excellent communication with manager. We would stay there again if we came back to Birmingham!”
