Room is really small, location is inconvenience and so noisily, not the next door passenger but the room itself
I will not stay in this airport transit hotel again

The room was lovely . Check in day 10 minutes left for breakfast. Got told to hurry up they closing . insulted my mum by serving masala chai in a glass street service tea . Everyone else in a cup and saucer. Think we were Gujarati that why . Started clearing away breakfast on the dot as we still taking from buffet what was the rush . check in and whole stay not one staff or manager had a smile . Had to ask questions beg for WiFi . One hour early check in charged me £35 what a cheek . The room was ready . Insisted no breakfast before 730 am next day so we had to miss it next day . But others got served early . THIS IS A TRANSIT HOTEL BE AWARE OF THIS there no where to go but hotel room and foyer . At mercy of their restaurant that the food is NOT gourmet as they say and UK mega expensive . Spa people got aggressive on the phone when we didn't want to use the £10 voucher off a exorbitant massage higher than UK prices . We in a town Alkapuri where best massage was a fiver . We had to beg for sellotape and got it second time of asking . Then leaving my mum needed a wheelchair to get to departures saying it will be charged for are they for real I was shocked they are a transit hotel . They relented when I told them the service was appalling and shamed them . My mum and I sat in the foyer people watching and it seems only way the millions of managers all flapping looking important did anything for anyone was to SHOUT at them . They didn't appreciate our respect and gave us none.

Everything was OK except 1. terribly confusing instructions on part of staff on how to get to P5 where my taxi was to pick me up. One person said they can come to P4 where the hotel is, another person said only P5 for pick up. Staff just waves their hand towards the direction you are supposed to go, with no consideration that the traveler may not be local and does not know the way. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth for Niranta. 2. Later arrivals create noise for those who have already settled in amd asleep, try to fix this please, 3. Staff speaks loudly late at night, and would it kill them to smile? I think they are exhausted and probably not treated too well by the company thus their attitude.
