Déjà l adresse n’est pas correct donc j ai tourné une heure dans le quartier pour trouver.
Les chambres sont dégradées.
Cafard vous tiennent compagnie.
Très bruyant
Personnel dort et mange dans les escaliers.

Badezimmer viel zu niedrig. Ich konnte mit 1,80m Körpergröße nicht aufrecht stehen. Der Badspiegel befindet sich auf etwa 1,20m Höhe und kann nur in der Hocke genutzt werden.
Im Zimmer riecht es ekelhaft. Verursacht wird dies durch den hohen Feuchtigkeitsanteil, der zu Schimmel führt. Dieser wurde überstrichen. Am Boden sammeln sich Pfützen von der Klimaanlage oder sonst woher.
Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben gegen Mitternacht ausgecheckt, jedoch die ganze Nacht bezahlt. Wir haben deshalb gebeten, das Zimmer doch bitte erst am Morgen für die nächsten Gäste vorzubereiten, da wir aufgrund des Corona-Virus unsicher waren, ob unser Flug überhaupt geht und sonst gerne wiedergekommen wären. Leider wurde dieser Wunsch verwehrt und es wurde uns nur eine Stunde Zeit gegeben um wiederzukommen - bei einer Fahrtzeit zum Flughafen von ca. 50 Minuten niemals machbar. Deshalb kann ich alles in allem nur abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Einzig die Sauberkeit ist positiv hervorzuheben. Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Standard Doppelzimmer.

I stayed at the Fountain Inn for one month while I was researching in Mumbai, and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel is situated in a nice location in Fort. There are several attractions within walking distance, and a bunch of local shops (general store, pharmacy, stationary, etc.) and restaurants right on the same street as the hotel. You don’t have to travel too far out the front door to get basically anything you need.
While I appreciate the location, the hotel staff is really why I enjoyed my stay to the degree I did. The supervisor, Altomash, is a friendly and thoughtful individual. He always kept the cleanliness of my room a 10/10, and anticipated what I needed (towels, coffee, etc.) so I didn’t have to ask. The two men at the front desk, Faisal and Anas, are also super affable and helpful. There were never any issues getting room service, a taxi, etc. Anas is definitely good, and the whole staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
I highly recommend the Fountain Inn, and will certainly be staying there on my return trips to Mumbai.

Nice hotel close to train station
We arrived late and were well welcome for a late check-in (11:30pm).
Room was well presented and clean.
The only down point was that the Internet router was down that night. No big deal but quite an inconvenient when you're traveling.
Staff was friendly and helped us with heavy luggage at checkin and checkout until we're in the cab.

The hotel was located in a back-alleyway in Mumbai. The alley was ridden with sleeping homeless men and drunks wandering about. The hotel was covered in steel shutters and not open upon arrival. We had to bang on the steel shutters in order to wake up the staff who were sleeping on the floor of the front lobby. After checking in, we were shown to our room. Within 10 minutes we found a BEDBUG running across the sheets. I took photos and a video of it to show the staff. After finding somewhere else to stay we proceeded back down to the lobby to check out. The staff were sleeping in the stairwell and lobby and had to be woken up to process our checkout. I showed them the pictures of the bug in our bed and they told us that it was likely brought in by another guest. They offered us another room but we told them we didn't feel safe being locked into a hotel with bedbugs. They told us we could get a refund through Expedia since that is what we used to book. After leaving we requested a refund through Expedia and were told the hotel did not authorize it. Even after sending the photos and metadata stating the DATE, TIME, and LOCATION they were taken, Expedia was unable to gain us a refund because the hotel was claiming the photos were not taken at their hotel. We have been back and forth with Expedia about a refund but it looks like the hotel is still refusing to even consider giving us our money back.

Very helpful and accomodating staff made our stay here an ease. Perfect location right in the middle of the Fort colonial area and 5 minutes walk from a starbucks just in case you're not up for an Indian breakfast. Highly recommend the very clean and exceptional value hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
