“This is a very compact lake cottage. Every thing was clean and beautifully done. I don't think that I have ever stayed in a rental that was as well supplied and nicely furnished as this one. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need and a few surprise gifts like cookies, popcicles, and coffee. The outdoor experience was just to our liking and the lake was lovely. Highly recommend.”

“Loved the architecture of this building and the surrounding buildings. The Fountain restaurant a block away was an awesome dinner, great food, service and you get your food fast and hot. Shandys American bar and grill was also very nice. Boots and Bourbon right next door was loud and crazy, we did not go there, but watched the craziness from the balcony of the Loft. Loved the history of the Loft, it was clean and nice. The negatives, the shower is small and the tv's only had streaming option,……

“The house is great! We had a larger group of adults and kids from all over come in to town and visit with friends and do cool things in Indy and this property was excellent! Great area with lots to do and quiet friendly neighborhood. The ping pong table and air hockey table in the basement were great for the kids and the Fishers area had great restaurants and activities. “The location and apartment were just what we needed for a week long work training. With not a lot of hotels in walking distance, we gave this a go. There were no reviews yet, so that was a concern. But it was good for what we needed it to be. The complex is mostly permanent residents and as such, some of the public areas could use work. But, the apartment itself was comfortable and you could tell there were upgrades that had been made by non-professionals. But it had everything we needed……
