"Overall good hotel, BUT breakfast finishing at 9am is a joke and the receptionist in check out was one of the rudest people I have dealt with form a hotel check out. For me to return I’d want a later breakfast option say 10am and a more pleasant staff member on check out."

Lovely bolt hole
"Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family."

"A lovely house in a great location and perfect for a family holiday with young children - town and beach is very close by, house very comfortable, supermarket just around the corner, great to have the garden too. We will be planing to return!"
