“When first arriving to the property we were immediately blown away with how beautiful and peaceful as well as well maintained the property was. We appreciated there was a security at the front entrance to verify if you were a guest of the property and that we were safe. We were showed to our unit and given the code that unlocked our personal entrance. The living room was spacious with a full equipped kitchen and 1/2 restroom area. We had a nice size television and our own private pool alongside……

“Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. There’s wifi, proper air conditioning, working kitchen, and I do wake up with that beautiful sceneries.

"整體體驗很不錯，環境以及服務都很佳！還是有些進步的空間像是房間進去會有點點受潮的味道！所以可以提醒他們拿除濕機或是香噴解決。
wellness服務真的很不錯，如果想去體驗安靜這邊非常適合！食物我也很喜歡種類多味道也好吃！
最後希望他們可以提供換零錢的部分不然都只有大鈔很難給小費～"

"IG loop到依間酒店，所以試試。酒店非常舒適，有一些活動免費提供，早餐好食，服務好好，有免費接駁巴士去ubud市中心.
離機場車程比較遠超過兩小時，可要求酒店安排付費接送，除此之外，整體感覺非常好，值得入住。"

"The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the nasi mie could be less salty.
員工非常優，友善又很有熱忱，有一位還曾經在台中實習過。設施有點年紀，雖然大致上維護的還不錯，遇到最大的問題是熱水會忽冷忽熱，毛巾也不是說非常乾淨，算是小缺點。早餐都可以吃飽，但炒麵略鹹，可能需要備註調味下手輕一點。整體算是表現中規中舉的小型飯店。"
