“Dit huis is zelfs beter dan de beschrijving en foto's doen vermoeden. Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen en hadden vier keurige slaapvertrekken en dito saniraire voorzieningen. De ontvangst was allerhartelijkst met een duidelijke uitleg van huis en omgeving. Bij vragen was eigenaar enthousiast om een oplossing aan te dragen.

“Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!”

“Petit hôtel charmant et très propre et moderne. Aucune mauvaise surprise tout était selon ce qui était promis sur le site web. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel
Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
