Horrible experience. I had a booking where I knew I would arrive late and asked to hold the room, which they did and I didn’t ask for any refund for the 2 additional days that I was not going to be there. When I checked in, they said my room was not ready, they couldn’t find the reservation and when finally they found it the front desk told me my booking was actually moved one day so I would be able to check out one day late. Which I didn’t need but a good offer for a late check out, thought it’s nice. And I asked him 3 times if that’s the case and he said yes it is. So the day before when I left all my stuff knowing that I had the time and just in case checked with the front desk that I will be late to return is the system still showing I have one more day to check out, he said yes. I went for work, and midday got a call saying I am over staying and it was my fault for assuming that I have one more day based on the front desk personnel’s word. They lied and asked me for written proof. I explained what happened to the manager and she was like, well it is a mistake from the front desk but it’s your (my) fault that I trusted them. So now I should pay another $650 euro to 1 more day. I got angry and asked my wife to take everything and go to the lobby for checkout and not to pay a dime for any additional day. They were practically trying to scam by lying and making me stay longer and then trying to charge for extra days at insane rate. Also, the pictures shown is not real.
