This is an historic hotel and is in an incredibly perfect location - close to the train, Marienplatz, English Garden and more. Our room was on a noisy corner of the street but closing the window and the heavy, noise dampening curtains worked wonders. Beautiful bathroom.
My criticisms would be that the light swtches and what they turned on and off were confusing, the minibar fridge temperature was warm (this might be unfair as we did not report it to the hotel and thus offer them a chance to make it right) , and the breakfast was just okay but truly uninspired. However, I would not hesitate to stay here again but would take a pass on the breakfast.
