“Ich habe im März die Villa Lumiere besucht und meine Buchung online abgeschlossen und vollständig bezahlt. Leider musste ich vor Ort erneut bezahlen, da angeblich keine Zahlung eingegangen sei. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist extrem ärgerlich und enttäuschend – besonders, weil auf meine Nachrichten nur schleppend oder gar nicht reagiert wurde. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann die……
