“分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 ”
