“This house was so wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a great rooftop deck, which isn’t in the pictures in the listing. You can see all of Portland harbor from the roof. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was great for a meal in. It was a great location and the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. Very close to Old Port and the Eastern Promenade. The owner was very easy to work with, answered all the questions I had, and gave great……

“I adore this lovely place with so much light and attention to detail. I come and stay while working and visiting a local company. Not only is this place thoughtfully appointed it is a welcome place to come back to in the evenings to relax and knock out some work. Great lighting. Thoughtful placement of extension cords. Good spaces to work. So I get to work and still see out the windows to the beauty that is Portland. Pls stay there and find out for yourself! ”

“This place was perfect for a weekend in Portland. The apartment was larger than expected and fit 4 friends with plenty of the space. Also the sunroom and two outdoor decks were a great touch. In addition to that, the location was amazing with plenty to do right near the apartment and was a close walk to downtown. Would highly recomend to any coming to visit Portland!”

“This property was perfect for our visit; 5m walk to the eastern promenade, 5m to The Front Room, and a super short drive to the Old Port. There was plenty of space in the apartment, and a cute little yard with a patio and fire pit (which we didn’t use because of the rain), as well as easy access to the neighborhood for walking dogs. The owner was very easy to get in contact with, and the neighbors were super nice.”
