“We picked the coldest night of the entire year to stay in the treehouse. We did not look at the weather and come prepared with appropriate clothing and we're freezing. The property attendant went out of his way to bring us a new space heater for the space which definitely took quite a bit of the chill off. “This may have been a ok place if there hadn’t been rain, but I won’t stay again. When we arrived the tent was wet inside in many locations. The table with the outlets was plugged in and there was water all over it. The floor had multiple puddles and the bed was wet. We ended up driving to hot springs to find a hotel cause we couldn’t sleep there. I sent a message to the host the evening. “I was able to check out several options at this location because I traveled with a couple of Geology students. I stayed in the Clear Quartz tent which was great and was spacious enough to have the others join me for quick gathering spot, either on the porch or inside. The RV looked brand new and was closest to the river - I was pleased with this and Montana Cabin as options for students who came along. These were smaller in area, but perfect for just sleeping. ”

“We’ve been coming for Arkansas to visit family for over 20 years. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Loved the deck and river access. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would change is some bunks in one of the bedrooms for kids. Overall very nice and would definitely return. ”

“The pictures are accurate with the property. The main cabin and suite are perfect for the times the family wants to spend inside. But with a boardwalk to a deck over the river and 5 wooded acres to walk around, we chose to hang outside most of our stay. We saw a few white tail and caught a couple trout in the river…released them back so the next visitors can catch too. We had great communication with the owner. The cabin is well stocked with what we needed and check out instructions were simple.……
