"Our experience in the hotel was good. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to different places in Switerland in our 7-day trip. Bern is the best place and this hotel is the one we like most."

"Es hat mir alles gut gefallen. Sauber wars, ruhig wars. Nur leider habe ich den code für den nachtschalter nicht per mail erhalten. Zum glück war grad ein anderer gast da, der den code wusste. ansonsten hätte ich den telefon service vom hotel kn ansprich genommen"
