Sea Oaks Oceanfront 2bed / 2bath

106 Sea Oaks is an oceanfront condo located half a mile north of the Garden City Beach Pier. The 33 unit raised condominium building offers oceanfront pool (45 x 30 at 5 feet deep), a gazebo and a large deck with seating that sits on the beach. The building has an elevator and plenty of parking.

106 Sea Oaks is located on the first floor and offers tremendous views of Garden City’s beautiful beach. Looking south is the Garden City pier and north, off in the distance, is Surfside with nothing but the beach in between.

In the mornings, watch the sunrise, during the day, the tide coming and going, and all the activities that a beach can offer. All this from the comfort of an oceanfront deck, with table and chairs provided for your convenience.

The interior beach decor is as warm and inviting as the beach and ocean view out the patio door. The living room offers views of the ocean, ceramic tile flooring, ample seating space, cable television and opens onto the deck.

The oceanfront master bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet space, dresser, vinyl plank flooring and its own bathroom with a shower. Open the window at night and doze off to the sound of waves rolling up on the beach.

The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with two twin beds on the bottom and full-size bed on top, closet space and a dresser and vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms have cable televisions. Additional sleeping accommodations are available as the sofa folds out into a full-size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances to include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, cups, and silverware are also provided. Beyond the kitchen, a table with chairs is provided for meals.

The inside and outside doesnt match

The outside of the building and the condo feont door had me second guessing my choice for my family. Its not new and the door needs updated but the inside is nice just like the pictures. It fit perfect for our first time staying at the ocean. We had necer stayed somewhere thay we had to bring everything we needed with us and probably wont stay again at a place that doesnt supply basic needs like toilet paper and sheets, etc. Its too much to pack for a family. Then you spend way too much getting stuff you need only for 3 days. The keurig didnt work which really was disappointing and no where insude the condo is there instructions for the tv's, wifi or log ins so we just didnt use them. We were outside mostly anyway but it was annoying the few hours we were inside. There are pots amd pans but that was about the extent of the provisions. Again the place is nice, it fit my family of 5 with 3 teens very comfortably. It was just a learning lesson for us. As long as your used to having to supply things like your toilet paper, hand towels, beach towels, bath towels and sheets this is a great ocean front place.

Perfect eye level with ocean condo

It was a perfect location. We were half a mile walk to the garden city pier, which was beautiful to see from our balcony at night. This condo included everything we needed. The linen package for 100 is so worth it! There was a nice separation between bedrooms for privacy! Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a great size. Nice hot water and the bonus is a washer/dryer!

Location, location, location

Wonderful stay. Having rolling carts and an elevator were big pluses for loading and unloading vehicle. Condo location is great. Be careful with the the twin beds. They are leg and head bangers. All came home with bruises. lol. Great kitchen, well stocked and nice appliances. Would stay there again. Thank you Marshall.

Great place

The place was great! Very nice & comfortable and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean! Small complex surrounded by small complexes so the beach wasn’t over populated. Marshall communicated with me throughout the entire renting process and was super nice! …. Answered all My questions and ones I didn’t even think to ask! Definitely would rent again!

Vacation getaway

Interior was very nice and ocean view incredible. Might consider different outdoor seating. Elevated chairs may improve visibility of the beach from the deck. Front door lock is a little tricky at first but we eventually got the hang of it. Overall, a very nice visit. However, the exterior of this building is in desperate need of an update and/or paint. Could be a turn off for some folks. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay!! The unit was very clean and so nice. The use of space was amazing. The kitchen was great. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and sounds. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very informative and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness VS fun in the sun!

We had a fabulous time. We went on a dolphin cruise, ate dinner at JPeters in the Marsh, explored with a golf cart and spent hours on the beach and in the pool. Weather was glorious! We vacation here in this area every year. With that being said; the overall cleanliness of the condo would have been embarrassing to the owners. My husband who does not complain, complained! The throw rugs on the floor were filthy and smelled. We made sure we wore shoes in the condo. The blinds and fixtures around the condo had a lot of built up dust. Especially the fan on the ceiling. We turned the fan on and dust spun everywhere. We did not use the fan. We were going to take care of these small but ESSENTIAL cleaning issues , but we were on vacation. I also know after this review the standard response from the owners will be; no one notified us so we could have sent Someone out. Well, this cleaning would have taken days to rectify. I am a nurse and I expect basic cleanliness . If the owners saw this I am positive they would be upset about the money they are spending on a cleaning crew that IS NOT doing their job! The response and communication from the owner was top notch and I am positive beyond a doubt that the cleanliness issue is NOT known by the owner. Chris
