“Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.”
“Good experience! Staffs are very nice to help move luggage from 3/f to the hotel entrance! Very clean and they turned on air conditioning to wait for our check in, this is heart warming! Local restaurants are nearby, some French and Italian bistro!”
“Comfy place and convenient location. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby
Staff are super nice and helpful!!! Really thanks for their help during the stay.”
“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again!
but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”
“I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say……
“We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent — the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others!

“Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. ”
“To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”
“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku.
Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place.
Room was also clean and comfortable to stay.
A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”
