“I left in the morning around 8 and when I returned they had my door wide open and had already cleaned the room even though I replied to message that I'd be checking out at 11. Other then that we enjoyed the stay and the bed was surprisingly comfortable and room was nice overall.”

“This is more of a boutique type hotel that is furnished very elegant and welcoming. The check-in was efficient. We did not have time for the provided but our other group did and they loved it. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
