“Situé dans un cadre très calme et magnifique, il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare des Champs du Moulin. Alternativement, vous pouvez l'atteindre après une randonnée de Noiraigue à travers le Gorge de l' Areuse, c'est un peu plus longue, mais magnifique.
J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel, la chambre était propre et le processus d'enregistrement et le paiement au départ était simple.

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
