“We purchased Delex room, but they sold it to someone for better price and they put us in disability room. We had a bathroom like in the hospital on rehab place for disabled people. Was so upset, they lied to us saying this is the room you paid for. No AC, elevator not working most of the time we have to walked stairs to 11 Th floor.
