“Very much disappointed in the overall condition of the front of the house and our assigned room. Carpeting in the hall and in our room was not just soiled but simply flithy. I have never stayed in a property in this unsatisfactory of a condition and would not have remained, even though our room had been fully paid for upfront, if there had been any other nearby properties available.
