A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux.”

“Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it. ”
