“Would be better if wifi is fixed ”

“Lovely clean big room. We were right next to the entrance so a bit of through traffic noise but would definitely stay again.”

“It's great value for the money, having to go to the bathrooms is a drag, especially if you've had a few drinks The bathrooms are clean The building well maintained Think there's 6 parking spaces, first come first served, but as it's a hotel with a restaurant next door, you would be lucky to get one Overnight parking is across the road, if you can work it all out, parking in Norwich is expensive Restaurant is only for Vegetarians Vegans”

“The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”

“Heating didnt work but there was an electric heater. Some mould around the windows and hot water took ages to warm up. Otherwise comfortable and quiet location. Budget stay in average conditions”

“This was a one night stay for work. I was in room 8. Met by Jaqueline, who text at the start of the day to ask what time I was arriving and then called me when I was 6 minutes away. Breakfast (included in the price of room) is not served until 7:30am, so I could not have it due to my work commitment - would be useful to post breakfast times on post for venue. Room was really comfortable, spacious, TV was good , Wifi was okay. Ensuite was lovely. Free parking. In room 8 there was a fridge and a……

“What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. ”
